On June 15th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a hotel regarding a subject refusing to leave. Upon their arrival, they made contact with the suspect, Dejaune Wright, sitting on the couch lobby eating an ice cream. After making several attempts to make leave the premises, the suspect suddenly attack officers resulting in a instant use of force.
