On Nov 22, 2022, Officers responded to domestic dispute. As officers arrived on scene he heard something shatter and then yelling coming from the residence. As the officer came to the threshold the door was wide open. The officer watched Clyde throw a maroon pair of athletic pants into the living room fire and continue to yell into the back of the apartment. Officer entered the residence and announced myself. Clyde and Chelsea came to the living room. The boyfriend was upset that the officer was in his residence and that the door was open and told the officer to close it. The officer told him that he would not, and he then asked to talk with the officer outside. The officer told him that they could so that the officer could separate the involved parties. He then changed his mind and was argumentative. He then took his shirt off and tied his dreads up. These are pre-attack indicators, so the officer pointed his Taser at his chest.
