So we have a New Yorker in Florida at his vacation home. He goes to the market to purchase a few things and get's triggered by a 'Let's Go Brandon' bumper sticker.
He thought nobody would know what he did in the parking lot...then the cops show up at his house. He gets embarrassed in front of his wife who had no clue what he'd done.
The charge was : 1. DAMAGE PROP-CRIM MISCH - 1000 DOLS OR MORE Statute: 806.13 1b3 Felony Third Degree
He was let go with no bond after a night in jail, case is still pending.

and you look over at it and she's got a sticker that says let's go Brandon or something yeah I guess it infuriated me okay yep okay was that it that that's the only reason you did it you don't know who owns the truck or anything uh yeah that's the only reason I did it okay so you went on the P I could see you go on the passenger side and you uh left a big scrape on that side and then I saw you do a circle in the parking lot and come back to it and then go to the that's the only only side I did okay she's she's already got a few dents and stuff on it but she somehow knew that those were new scratches and I can see like something black in your in your left hand yeah was it a key was it a key no it's my key po yeah okay do you have that with you it's in the truck yeah do you have idea with it's a felony so normally I would get a warrant for you but since it's a felony and it just happened two days ago I don't need a warrant Echo do you have your phone with you1 felony criminal mischief that's a felony over ,000 of damage is a felony it's about $6,000 to raint a truck so what does he have to do what do we have to do he has to go to jail and tomorrow morning we'll have first appearance in front of a judge tomor morning first appearance for today is already over do you have anything else in your pockets no do you want to get her this stuff yes please what about your hat you want to take it with you yeah hat and sunglasses you want her to take it yes all right you grab oh sorry I have cuffs some here so does he need anything with him or do you want to bring your your I remember this house though cuz I came here the next day it Happ night shift and like I think I told you about that remember uh I believe so so when I pulled in I was like oh I've been here before that was the truck in the picture yeah who who identified him I did no but how like good detective work oh stop you got it so then how does this work tomorrow what what do I need to do so around 11:00 a.m. between 11: a.m. and 1 P p.m he'll be able to get released uh a judge tomorrow morning he'll go in front of a judge a judge will read the probable cause for why he's being arrested um you can hear me too right yes okay so a judge will read the probable cause for why he's being arrested a judge will set a bond the judge could release him on his own recognizance which means he gets out doesn't pay anything the judge could set the bond up to any amount that he sees fit um so the judge can set it at a th000 10,000 100,000 whatever he wants uh then he just needs to pay the bond to get out of chill so it'll be tomorrow around 11:00 a.m. to 1: p.m is when he'll be able to get out okay sorry I know this is shiny Shin in your eyes no you're fine so sorry Kathy stupid stupid stupid stupid don't okay so I will just where do I have to go will he call me or well he'll be able to get your phone number out of here the address is 5525 College Road it's in Stock Island so stock Island's right before you go over that little Bridge into Key West but he'll be able to call me with that yeah because I'm looking her number any if you look up the college or if you look up the sheriff's office in Stock Island you'll be able to get there but he'll be able to call you and he can tell you where he's at too so it's next to the college it's got uh it says like sheriff's office headquarters building and Correctional Facility that's where will be getting out tomorrow okay all right I'm going to put your uh your your phone and your ID up front with me okay all right arold I'll see you tomorrow sorry C all right you anything do anything no I'm good man Richard have you ever been arrested before well you can kick it off the bucket list at least one of I want at least my kids my grand kids and you'll you'll be able to bond out tomorrow I mean but unfortunately you gotta stay here for today and uh overnight
